Satellites do not stop, and with Google Earth Engine you easily access to a lot of free Satellite Imagery and processing algorithms to collect information on Water Resources, really worthy to have a look. Basic examples and scripts will be published on the Free-Delta section.

It is not that easy, even talking about current climate threats, but from last May experience , it´s important to: count on a multi-disciplinary team of collaborators, engage youth with future needs and realistic tools,  and avoid Friday´s afternoon lectures !
